Connors Consulting was founded by Shane Connors to provide a full range of business advisory services to the small to medium sized business sector in Ireland. Our objective is to work with Managing Directors and Owners of independent businesses to help them on their business journey to success. 

Shane has many years hands–on experience dealing with the SME sector across a broad range of industries, most recently in retailing, but also in (for example) manufacturing, IT software and services, distribution and professional services.  

As an accredited Associate of the Institute for Independent Business (IIB), Shane is part of a network of in excess of 4,500 experienced business advisors from every business background imaginable. Through the Business Support Program, developed by the IIB, Connors Consulting can call on all of the resources of the IIB and it’s associates, to provide hands on “practical advice that works” to deal with any specific business problems which you face.

The Institute for Independent Business (IIB) is a not-for-profit research, training and accreditation organisation. All IIB advisers have worked at senior management or board level for a variety of small, medium and large companies. We are then put through a rigorous training and accreditation process, to ensure that we are properly qualified and experienced to talk business to SME business owners. Our central base and independent network structure keep overheads low, so IIB Associates can provide a far more cost effective service than conventional business advisory organisations.
